Scott Raitt founded Connekt, LLC with over 35
years of progressive and diversified experience
in commercial and military electro-mechanical
product design and development.
After working in two ASD territories Michael
Hiller (MSME, BSME) responded to a greater need
for FEA project consulting and mentoring by
leaving the sales/Distribution Channel to become
a consultant.
Jay Baker has over 35 years of experience
developing successful professional video and
audio products. He is currently a Principal at
qadirect.com.
Steve Erickson uses his degree in industrial
design as a product designer covering a wide
variety of products.
