    helps in keeping your wrist straight. Wearing
    wrist splint in the evening may help to avoid too
    much stress on the joint and also provide quick
    relief. Even, you can wear it during the day,
    including at work.

  • Heat is necessary to treat CTS (Carpal Tunnel
    Syndrome). It helps to reduce swelling in your

  • Immerse your hand in the warm water for 5 -10
    minutes around 100 F, then do some wrist circle
    exercises gently.
