Cylindrical Grinding Wheels
The cylindrical grinding wheels is used to shape
the object which may or may not be cylindrical in
shape having an axis of rotation. And of course
cylindrical grinding stone rotates by motorized
attachment to overcome moment of inertia and
rotate it at desired speed. The work-piece may be
conical as special farm cylindrical wheels are
used for grinding works which are held between
centre chucks.

Tool Room Grinding Wheels
Tool Room Grinding Wheels are generally made by
white and pink aluminium oxide grains and are
ideal for grinding heat sensitive metals as well
as cast iron alloy. These grinding wheels are
perfect for moderate to heavy in feed rates,
rapid stock removal and precise contouring. It is
generally used for dry grinding application
(without the use of coolant).

Cup Wheels
Cup wheels are used in tool and cutter grinders
where having an additional radial grinding
surface is beneficial. In cup grinding, a very
shallow cup type grinding is done in slots and
crevices is used in generally cutter grinding and
also jig grinding. Critical parameters required
are the fast cut-rate, smooth vibration-free
running and the better life.

are therefore able to give more whitener to rice
at lenses pressure leading to less broken of
rice.
