Every Bitdefender Antivirus includes a firewall
which is designed to protect your computer from
any unwanted attempts over the internet. But this
firewall also prevents your system from receiving
information which you wanted to receive. In such
case, you can open the associated port in this
security program to organize it. If you dont
know how to open the ports, then dont worry as

• First of all, open the security program
  by double-clicking on the icon located either on
  the desktop or system tray.
• After opening it, click on the Options button
  located at the top of the resultant window and
  then select Expert view from the drop-down
  menu.
• Then tap on the Firewall tab on the left side of
  the page. 
• Then click on the Programs tab at the top of the
  window. 
• After that, click on the Add Rule button on
  the programs tab. 
•  Then locate to the top of the resultant window
  and click on the Apply rule to all programs
  option.

• Now click on the radio button next to Allow
  located under the Permission near the bottom.
• Then go to Advanced tab and open it and then
  enter the port number which you want to open in
  the Port(s) field located under the Local
  Address and Remote Address.
• In the end, hit on the OK button and the port
  will open up and you can configure the firewall.
