But the things dont go flawless always, they
sometimes encounter an issues, which are quite
disgusting for users. Today I am going to discuss
the most common Alexa problems and how to resolve
them properly.
When I used Amazon echo, then I had met with few
problems that could easily fixed through power
cycle and by some easy methods but now the things
are changed and the problems are also complicated

Alexa cant find your smart home devices
If you are not able to connect the Alexa with any
of your smart home device, then first check the
supportability of that device that whether it is
supported by the Alexa or not. Amazon Echo dot
setup can be easily installed on device but the

companies that support Alexa services. Some of

Add A New Device
To add a new device, go to the Alexa app and
click on device section to search for new device.
You can add a device with the help of IFTTT
channels that are complied with the Alexa

If your Alexa doesnt connect to the already
connected devices, then you can follow the below
mentioned procedure

• Check the wake up word that you are using to
  switch on the Alexa voice. These commands and
  words are different for IFTTT and devices. Any
  difference in the commands can create a problem.
• If your smart home devices keep on disconnecting
  from the Alexa service, then this is due to the
  software problem. In such cases, the best way to
  fix this problem is restarting a connected
  device. This will certainly fix your problem.

Repeated disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network
If your Amazon echo device keep on disconnecting
from the Wi-Fi network, then follow the
guidelines discussed below. First of all
restart all the network device- router, modem and
Alexa speaker as well. Try listening music
through speakers after sometime. If you are yet
facing the problem, then move closer to the
router so as to decrease the noise interference.

You might have notice that Alexa sometimes

false things opposite to your commands. To solve
