other vegetables, fruits, and meats.

Step 4 When you start to feel the outer layer of
your Swag dry out, its time to reapply water in
the bag.

Tip Sprinkle a bit more water on The Swag so
that the top flap and surrounding edges can be a
little more moist than usual

down the ripening process
