  pleases you the most, but relaxing aromas such as
  lavender or orange flower which help to promote a
  sense of calm and relaxation, are great for
  unwinding and encouraging sleep.

  what should you choose?
• Avoiding strong, overpowering aromas is best if
  you usually arent a fan of strong perfumes or
  fragrances scents with daisy, wildflowers or
  sunflowers are usually a safe bet.
