There are many companies that are involved with
Mechanical Engineering Equipment have started
losing their employees due to the down turn in
the economy. The buget constraints in both the
private and public sectors force us to understand
or contemplate on how secure these jobs really
are. Many of the engineers who are dealing with
Engineers Devices or are fully employed at a
Engineering Design Firm and Company have not seen
the promised recovery. They have all succumbed to
the horrible fate of having to change their
career paths or focus on finding jobs. While the
promised recovery might come sooner or later, the
big question that many have today is, What is the
future of Engineering. Unless the economy is
renewed, we cannot find the promised recovery.
Unless the budget is reviewed and extended,
engineers cannot find proper jobs with sufficient
pay in Engineering Design Firm and Company.
Despite the advancement and development in
various sectors, we cannot be assured that there
will be a recovery soon. Despite the
technological advancements we see in our everyday
lives, we do not see the rise in the employment
sector. Many State Licensing Boards require
professional engineers to renew their
professional licenses. So, the ones who have been
in the field for a long time can be assured of
employment. The main question is what happens to
those who have recently graduated.

Some find that their engineering profession isnt
taking their career anywhere which is why they
choose a different career or study further to
strengthen their technical skills and knowledge.
However, not many graduates today have the
freedom or means to have a change in career.
There are many who succumb to a change in career
or a job that they are overqualified for just to
pay the bills. However, we see many brave
engineers who still try and focus on their
specialisation so that they can advance further
in their career. With the economy still showing
no signs of valuable improvement, we are still
dazed about the future of engineering for
students. Graduates and even employees.
