1
Some crucial duties that a security maintain
For different circumstance security guys is very
important for any kind organization. They
maintain very crucial role in these present
world. Police and other law enforcement officers
are trained to intervene or intervene when crime
and violence occur (or after). Instead of this
reactive approach to crime, security officers
are taking a precautionary approach. In other
words, security people avoid risks and deter
crimes, monitor threats and report every crime
they are subjected to. All tasks performed by a
security officer are directed towards this one
purpose (crime prevention). Now let's look at
the responsibilities of a security
officer. Without wasting time, there are ten of
them Clearly visible One of the duties of a
security officer is to be clearly visible as this
would deter criminals. Most thieves,
shoplifters, thieves, and other criminals would
think twice about seeing a guard on duty.
Therefore, visualization is one of the ways in
which a security guard avoids theft, damage,
injury, and other cowardly acts.
Be vigilant A security guard looks at something
strange that can be evil. For this reason, you
should have a good sense of sight, hearing and
smell. It should be able to feel it when a cable
is burning or when a chemical leaks out of its
container. I should be able to detect strange
noises when someone secretly tries to open a
door. I should be able to feel it if someone
deftly tries to distract his attention from his
duty. And he should be able to quickly interpret
everything he sees. For this reason, someone who
is short-sighted or with a long-term vision is
not a good watchman. To react quickly and
correctly during the crisis Not only a security
guard feels the crisis He acts fast to control
the situation. Then a security guard must always
be alert so as not to be surprised by the
surprise. How a security guard responds to the
crisis depends on the threat. A security guard
needs to know what the best way is to respond to
various dangerous situations.
2
Watch and report There is no room to relax a
security guard even after a dangerous situation
has been successfully avoided. I should keep
looking until I'm sure there are no more
problems. After a crisis, a security guard must
report the incident to his supervisor, the
police or the relevant authorities (eg fire
departments in case of fire). In this way
additional measures would be taken to avoid
future repetition. Get help In some very
dangerous situations (such as armed robbery or
deadly weapon attacks) a security guard cannot
handle the situation. In that case, I would need
help, and I should not waste time calling the
police. Getting help in this way would prevent
the loss of life or property.
Review and monitoring
Sometimes a security guard has to follow certain
rules and guidelines set by your employer.
People may require that visitors be registered
before admission is granted or that only
visitors previously scheduled for an appointment
must have access. Likewise, organizations may
require their employees to present their
identity cards before they can enter the
workplace. In such cases, a security guard must
check and ensure that all rules are followed.
Maintain the order among the people
Security guards are usually present at large
gatherings, such as parties and political or
religious gatherings. It should ensure the
security of life and property and also prevent
harassment and neglect in law and order.
