Avoid sitting for long hours
  • Avoid sitting, try to be active and do most of
    the task standing.
  • Make sure you do not sit for more than half an
    hour at a stretch
  • While watching TV take walks during the
    commercials
  • Make sure you do not have a screen time of more
    than 2 hours
  • Get stand up desks as a furniture piece to avoid
    sitting
  • Do stretching exercises in between your sedentary
    tasks

Eat Food For Health Not For Taste Buds
  • Avoid food containing high sugar and carbs
  • See to it that you eat before feeling hungry and
    stop eating the moment your stomach is full
  • Add fruits and salads to your diet
  • Limit your portions (in holidays too) and no
    binge eating
  • Consult a nutritionist and get a diet plan
    accordingly.

Always just try to find a way to workout

    starting up with a hard core work out session

    pant, it gives you a boost
  • It helps you to be comfortable and workout more
    easily
  • As it is said the first wealth is health,
    prioritise accordingly. Wear good and workout to
    stay healthy and fit
