Type of Glaucoma
 Chronic open- angle Glaucoma The optic nerve
becomes sensitive to normal eye pressure,

Treatment for Glaucoma

open-angle Glaucoma, laser treatment is used to
modify the drain and control the eye pressure. In
closed-angle Glaucoma, the laser will create a
hole in the iris to improve the flow of the
aqueous fluid to the drain.   Surgery In these

microsurgical instruments to create a new
drainage channel for the aqueous fluid to leave
the eye.
