  account held in trust for the holders of the
  bonds, the sinking fund, to which it has
  undertaken to credit 80 per cent of the profits
  generated by its investments, less operating
  expenses, in order to create the reserves
  required to redeem the bonds and to pay interest.

  which is authorised and regulated by the
  Financial Conduct Authority, to act as security
  trustee and to protect the interests of
  bondholders. In the unlikely event MJS Capital
  defaults on the payment of capital or interest,
  the security trustee has the right to take
  control of the assets on behalf of bondholders.
