• If you have never visited The Texas Hill Country
  and more specifically the Utopia Area consisting
  of the towns of Rio Frio, Leakey and Concan
  Texas, you are definitely missing a gem. The
  Utopia and the Texas Hill Country is a serene
  getaway for visitors across the country and even
  world.
• The Utopia is known for its many Utopia Lodging,
  Camping Sites, and RV sites, Texas Style Real
  Estate, Home Cooking Restaurants, Antique Stores
  and many other accommodations. Some may know the
  area because of the famous Garner State Park or
  heard about the beautiful white rocks and crystal
  clear water that encompass the Frio.

• The area is also known for its Cypress trees,
  rolling hills valleys, catfish, many species of
  virds, beautiful sunsets and wonderful scenic
  views. Not too far away in Rocksprings is Bat
  Cave (Devil's Sinkhole) and in Rio Frio resides
  one of the largest Live Oak Trees in Texas.
  Thousands come to Utopia every season to hike,
  swim, ride, kayak, tube, lounge, hunt, fish,
  shoot videos/pictures, and most importantly-
  relax.
• Many love the Frio so much that they end up
  buying a place of their own for retirement or
  vacation home.
• From many years, many family has either lived or
  been coming to Utopia and just within the last
  few years discovered many areas you never knew
  existed. One day while feeling adventurous, it
  was ventured down in Leakey, Rio Frio and Concan.
  During the quest, many were amazed with the

  towns of Bandera, Camp Wood, Fredericksburg,
  Kerrville, Medina, Vanderpool, and the beautiful
  town Utopia?
• Great alien game to domestic wildlife is found on
  and around our lodging sites in Utopia.
• Each of the sites have a different name, which
  some have been named after historic markers. In
  the beautiful area there are a number of events
  and historical locations that make this actually
  hold the name true to be the wonderful "Utopia".
