In 1977 Diesel Components, Inc. first opened its
doors as a family owned, regional warehouse
distributor and authorized repair facility of
turbochargers for AireSearch, Garrett Turbo, and
Schwitzer to name just a few. It didnt take
long for our company to become recognized and
respected as a supplier to the heavy duty on and
off highway vehicle and equipment markets in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul area. As our reputation for
prompt, courteous service and value grew, so did
the territory we served.

About the Company

We added in-house testing and rebuilding
capabilities for diesel fuel injectors and pumps.
This was done by gaining distribution
authorization and repair training from companies
like American Bosch, Roosa Master, and Stanadyne.
Eventually, Diesel Components, Inc. added more
turbocharger and fuel injection brands to the
offering. Always willing to provide customers
with as much support as possible. The warehouse
distributor side of the business began providing
additional engine related parts.
The result of that growth has made Diesel
Components, Inc. a company that for decades is
still family owned and providing equipment,
parts, service, and technical support to all of
North America and countries around the world. The
experience of that diversity has enhanced our
knowledge so we have the right parts, and the
right people. And when combined with our in-house
fuel injection testing and rebuilding as well as
turbocharger and fan clutch rebuilding capability
allows us to take care of your most challenging
engine maintenance issues. Our offering includes
everything from air conditioning, air filters,
fan blades and fan clutches, charge air coolers
and radiators, engine kits, engine heating
equipment, diesel particulate filters, right down
to hose and clamps.
Diesel Components, Inc. operates by two simple
concepts. We treat our customers in the same
manner in which we would want to be treated. We
believe in doing every job and filling every

To provide the best possible service, as we have
done with turbochargers, it was important for us
to first acquire authorization from the leading
diesel fuel injector manufacturers. To accomplish
this required investing in testing equipment,
hiring competent technicians, and providing them
with the most current training available from
each of the brands we were going to represent.
Not until we had gained confidence in our
capabilities through the injector OEM training
process, did we finally offer injector testing
and repair services to our customers. Our
attention to detail and commitment to providing
the highest quality parts and service quickly
gained us respect and the reputation of being one
of the best diesel fuel injection repair
facilities not only in the twin city area of
Minneapolis and St. Paul, but also in the entire
upper Midwest. From that time on, Diesel
Components, Inc. has continued to expand its
in-house capabilities, continuing to upgrade our
testing equipment as well as maintaining up to
date training for our technicians which is
mandatory if we are to keep pace with an ever
changing market. We now offer a wide array of
products and services for diesel fuel injectors,
ranging from our in-house testing and rebuilding
capabilities to include factory new and rebuilt
products and exchange programs for all major
brands. Diesel Components, Inc. also provides
in-house testing of most models of common rail
injectors

Once again, to provide the best possible service,
as we have done previously with turbochargers and
the diesel fuel injectors, we acquired
authorization from the leading diesel fuel
injection manufacturers. Just as before, to
accomplish this required investing in testing
equipment, and this time, cross-training our
already competent injector technicians, by
providing them with the most current training
available from each of the brands we were going
to represent. Using the same methodology as with
the injector training, we waited until we had
gained confidence in our capabilities through the
injection OEM training process, before offering
injection pump testing and repair services to our
customers. By now we knew that it was our
attention to detail and commitment to providing
the highest quality parts and service that was
most important to our customers, so we continue
today to provide that same level of
excellence. From that time on, Diesel
Components, Inc. has continued to expand its
in-house capabilities, continuing to upgrade our
testing equipment as well as maintaining up to
date training for our technicians which is

was intended to be a regional warehouse

turbochargers for AireSearch, Garrett, and
Schwitzer to name just a few. The original

back in 1977, since then, we have continued to

house fan clutch rebuilding and repair

cover 99 of all heavy duty fan clutches. All of
