Title: Does time actually equals money?

1
Does time actually equals money?
2
  • You must have heard the proverb that "Time is
money." In the present world of business, 'Time
equals money'. When one is doing a job, the time
that is utilized in doing that job converts into
    money.

3
  • Several people are of the notion that time is
money or money is time with regard to raising of
kids. Parents are always compelled by the notions
in the world to adjust to its ways.

4
  • One of my client Susan (For keeping privacy, name
has been changed) had become a prey of
materialism, and purchasing all that she desired
and all that she thought her kids required to be
    acknowledged by their peer groups.

5
  • Thus, my client had to work numerous hours
keeping in mind the end goal is to sustain the
materialistic hungers. Due to this, the kid did
not get the time to be with his mom that he
    frantically needed and desired.

6
  • To say further, Susan felt guilty for not able to
spend time with her child and so tried to
compensate for this shortage of time, by
    showering the child with gifts.

7
  • Regardless of whether they understand it or not,
parents like Susan who do such acts are basically
giving a bribe to their kids to excuse them for
their absence of time. Kids don't consider love
in terms of money they consider it in terms of
    time.

8
  • The child went into a depressive state for not
getting the time and the love from his mother and
had become a problematic child in school and in
the society. Susan regretted that she could not
spend time with her kid and in case she would
have done that, her child would not have reached
the state he presently was in.

9
  • One could always make more money. One can work
for more hours and get paid more or one could
also move into a higher paying profession.
Despite the fact that our time equals to money,
the money we earn is not much important as our
time. Time that you spend with family, your
    children, grandchildren, spouse, and, your
    friends.

10
  • These times are precious and worth a lot more
than money, these times are priceless. Further
having all the time does not ensure satisfaction
similarly the way that money doesn't ensure
happiness. So we continue to seek the balance
    between money and time.
