Problem in transferring the videos from the TiVo
DVR to the PC
  • The TiVotogo feature of the TiVo app of Windows

    DVR to the computer after 16th February 2013.
    Now, a patch has been developed which will simply
    restore the TiVogoto transfer feature.
  • In the case, if you are having an issue prior to
    February 16th, then this patch may not be
    applicable or compatible. In order to apply the
    TiVoToGo transfer pitch, then head on to the
    following steps

  1. Firstly, you will need to download the TiVoToGo
    patch.
  2. In order to apply the patch, head on to unlock
    the tivo-desktop-patch-setup.exe.
  3. Head on to follow all the instructions in order
    to apply the patch.
  4. After the patch has got applied, try out to start
    the transfer.
  5. If it resulted in a success, then the TiVo
    desktop app will continue to permit all the
    transfers. If it resulted in unsuccessful, then
    it could be the possible reason for not
    installing up the patch in a correct manner. Head
