Espresso is coffee prepared by forcing a small
amount of nearly boiling water under pressure
through finely ground coffee beans.

F (85 C), removing for 30 seconds after for

- Set up the Aeropress
- Fill the Aeropress with the coffee grounds.
- Stir and steep.
- Plunge.

pitcher has doubled. - Pull a double espresso shot.
- Give your pitcher another swirl.
- Pour the frothy milk from the pitcher into the
espresso, right into the center.
