  Default folder twice to access it.
• Again, click the Edit button from the menu bar,
  and then choose the Paste option from the
  drop-down menu. Finally, the Bookmarks.bak is
  moved to the new Chrome user profile so that
  your old Chrome bookmarks display in the
  web
• browser.
• Now, you can browse the Internet as usual with
  the Chrome without keeping frozen. Additionally,
  you can use defense against the freezing issue by
  removing browser history and cache, disabling
  extensions, fixing corrupt user profile, etc.
