1
2016 Watson Family Reunion
2
In Memoriam
3
But the loving kindness of the Lord is from
everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him,
and His righteousness to childrens children, to
those who keep His covenant and remember to do
His commandments
Psalm 10317-18
4
We take this time to reflect and honor
those who came before us
5
They paved a road for us
6
and their light
still shines bright today
7
To date the earliest Watson history comes from
handwritten notes indicating that Willis and
Malviney Watson were slaves of the Morgan family
of Georgetown, Kentucky
They were married in 1882 and the Morgan family
gave them a home
8
By the grace of God
A family was born
Your offspring shall be like the dust of the
earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west
and to the east and to the north and to the
south, and in you and your offspring shall all
the families be blessed
Genesis 2814
9
It is by grace that we live, move, have our being
And stand on the shoulders of those who paved the
way

Father, thank you for loving us enough that You
would send Your Son, Jesus, who made it possible
that we could stand here in Your Holy Presence
today, forgiven.
Father, thank you, that Your Righteous Hand has
been upon the Watson families down through the
generations even to now.
Thank you for Your faithfulness in preserving our
family legacy. May the light of those called
home continue shining bright on the lives of us
who remain.
We will never forget them and their contributions
Father, thank you that because of Your love for
