• From the time when 1994, Mr. Ismail Sirdah has
  been a self-employed individual and an
  entrepreneur, relying on native business sense
  and the strength of those he oversees to make his
  company grow. Mr. Sirdah runs one of the leading
  entertainment promotions companies in the
  southeast, Lulu Promotions, and Music. Lulu
  Promotions has brought to the Tucker, Georgia
  local concert scene the likes of such talented
  artists as Zion Lenox, Hector El Torito
  Acosta, Alexis y Fido, Prince Royce, Jowell
  Randy, 24 Horas, and Omega, to name just a few.
  Even though Mr. Ismail is a hardworking business
  owner, he values the rare moments he gets to
  spend with his kids. He is a dedicated family man
  and has a tremendous love for family. Ismail
  helps his children with school work. He loves
  reading books and watching all professional
  soccer games.

• How did he motivate his employees? Ismail has
  encouraged his employees to succeed on integrity,
  creativity, loyalty, and knowledge. He believes
  in the individual capacity of his employees to
  contribute to the growth of the entertainment
  promotions firms. Sirdah also believes that
  employees are the biggest assets and it is
  essential to care about the people who work for
  him. Did he own any other business other than
  lulu promotion? Yes, Mr. Ismail Sirdah owns EI
  Matador Restaurant, which serves authentic
  Mexican cuisine. He ensures El Matador serves
  only excellent Mexican food. Sirdah has dedicated
  all his efforts to train his employees on their
  ideas and to personally care for customers that
  enter their restaurant. Ismail Sirdah makes sure
  that their customers end up with a catching and
  enjoyable atmosphere. This was Erica S view about
  the restaurant Ive been going here for a while
  now but havent gotten around to posting a
  review. I love this place, the staff are
  friendly, the place is clean, and the food comes
  out hot and fresh.
