About Deep Drawing

• Deep drawing is one of the very most widely used
  processes in sheet metal forming. Separately from

  the automotive industry for the manufacturing of
  car body parts.The deep drawing process is a
  forming process which occurs under a combination
  of tensile and compressive conditions. A flat
  sheet metal blank is formed into a hollow body
  open on one side or a hollow body is formed into
  a hollow body with a smaller cross-section.

About Extrusion

• Material extrusion is a metallic forming process
  in which a workpiece, of a certain length and
  cross section, is required to flow through a die
  of a smaller cross sectional area, thus forming
  the work to the new cross section. The size of
  the extruded part will change, conditional after
  the amount of material in the workpiece and the
  account extruded. Numerous cross parts are
  created by this method. The cross section
  produced will be uniform over the complete entire
  metal extrusion. Starting work is usually a round
  bar stock, which might be formed into a round
  part of smaller diameter, a hollow conduit, or
  any other account.

• Sheet metal forming processes are those in which
  pressure is applied to a piece of sheet metallic
  to modify its angles rather than remove any
  material. The applied power stresses the metal

  unsuccessful. By doing so, the sheet can be
  curled or stretched into a variety of complex
  forms.
