• On 19th November 2015, the judgement of Lusaka
  High Court was in favour of Dr. Rajan Mahtani in
  respect of the case that the conspirators had
  re-opened.

• Former Finance Bank Chairman of Zambia, Dr Rajan
  Mahtani is not to be questioned with respect of a
  case which was permanently closed in 2012.

The conspirators had already learnt the lesson in
2012, but their greed got them disgrace for one
more time in 2015.
Over the years, the conspirators have continued
to create defamation campaign against Dr. Rajan
Mahtani and are always beaten.
