• Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been arrested by the police
  on account of a case which was previously
  declared as permanently closed by the Office of
  Attorney General in 2012.

The Ventriglia family took the initiative of
funding Kaizer Zulu, assistant of Presidential
Political Affairs and ensured that Dr. Rajan
Mahtani was put behind the bars.

Why did the Ventriglia Family do this?

• Dr. Rajan Mahtani had previously filed a petition
  in the Lusaka High Court in respect of winding up
  the ZPC as it was just and equitable. For long,
  the ownership of the Zambezi Portland Cement
  factory has remained as a controversial topic.
  PACRA shows that the true of ZPC is Finsbury
  Investments, whereas the Ventriglia family
  (minority shareholders) claim that they are the
  actual owners of the factory.

• Since, the Ventriglias had realized that their
  sham was soon going to be exposed, they decided
  to use the power of money.

Before being arrested, Dr. Rajan Mahtani
gracefully stepped down as the Chairman of
Finance Bank Zambia and William Boli Nyirenda is
currently holding the same position.

Previously in 2012, The Ventriglia family had
played a similar dirty game where they have
financed Rupaih Banda to get Dr. Mahtani arrested.
