PaperCreteIntroduction

• This is a recently developed Technology.
• It is made with re-pulped paper-fiber with a
  combination of Portland cement and or clay means
  ,Paper Concrete Papercrete.
• This type of material is considered environmental
  friendly material.
• It was discovered by Eric Patterson and Mike
  McCain in 1928.

Making Papercrete

• Paper-Crete is suitable for making low cost homes
  with limited longevity and durability.
• The Paper can be taken from Newspaper, magzines
  Books.
• The Paper may be take Soaked in Water Mixed the
  material with Portland cement Chemical
  additives.

Properties 0f Papercrete

• Papercrete Provided good insulation.
• But, dried concrete has very Low strength.
• It is dimensionally very stable.
• Light Weight

Use of the Papercrete

• It is used for walls, roof, and mortar.
• Doors and windows can be cut into walls at any
  time to expand a structure.
• Can be made into thin panels and used to insulate
  walls and roof.
