cocoa and dark chocolate on health benefits. The
fact is that these Cocoa and chocolate contain a

do keep high blood pressure down and reduce the
blood's ability to clot, thus the risk of stroke
and heart attacks may be reduced. The darker
chocolate with the most concentrated cocoa will
be the most cardiovascular beneficial. Below

Different types of chocolate
  • Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate is loaded
    with organic compounds that are biologically
