accidental or involuntary loss of urine from the
bladder (Urinary Incontinence) or bowel motion,
faeces or wind from the bowel (Faecal or Bowel
    Incontinence).

4) Menopause
  • Menopause is also known as the change of life,
as it marks the end of monthly menstruation.
  • This change leads to decrease in female hormones
that may lead to a higher risk of osteoporosis,
weak pelvic floor causing incontinence and heart
    diseases.
  • Our Physiotherapists help with exercises that
will help manage weight, and increase your bone
density and muscle strength to reduce
    osteoporosis.
