Preparation
In a large bowl of noodles, add boiling water to
cover noodles entirely. After five minutes, take
these noodles in the small bowl.
Add red pepper, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce,
and stock in noodles and whisk until all
ingredients blend and sugar dissolves.
Heat a large saucepan and cook beef for five
minutes. You can take beef out of the pan when it
is browned and crispy.
Heat the same pan and add oil, garlic, and ginger
in it. After a second, add mushrooms and bok
choy. Fry these mixtures for 2 minutes. You have
to remove this mixture from the pan and add egg
to pan for cooking 30 seconds.
The next step is to add vegetables, beef,
noodles, stock mixture to pan. Cook until the
bubbly. Once you have removed the pan from the
heat, add black pepper and basil.
