likes to take his sweet time as he cruises
through the western states.

all of his skills while making a culinary tour
around the Southern United States, taking notes
at every state that is known for their smoked
meats. He then took all of his findings in Utah,

Paddle Out
Phil Eitman loves to go surfing in the summertime
when he moves to San Diego to live as a fisherman
and enjoy one of his favorite recreational
hobbies in his free time. He has been surfing his
whole life, ever since his parents first took him
to California when he was a child. Now decades
later, he goes to San Diego every summer to do
exactly that.
