Breast Augmentation
Transaxillary Endoscopic Subpectorally Placed
Implants
Dr. Kachenmeister This patient is 51 and weighs
142 lbs.  Even though this patient had mild
drooping of her breasts, she did not wish to have
a breast lift, and her desire was to have large
C small D cup breasts after we finished. 
Therefore, we chose high profile, smooth, round,
gel implants, 450 cc. We chose a transaxillary
approach, and You will notice in the
preoperative photos that her right breast is a
fair amount smaller than her left, but in the
postoperative views they look almost equal. she
is very happy with her results.

Dr. Kim This patient presented to my office
having a previous augmentation from a different
surgeon. On examination the patient had capsular
contraction. Total capsulectomy (removing all of
the internal scars) along with placement of new
implants was required. I also performed
liposuction around the arm pits to further an
optimal result.
