Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy
Dr. Kachenmeister This patient desired not only
lifting of her breasts but more breast shaping.
She wished to use saline implants. Therefore, we
placed a size 210 cc implant on the right and a
size 190 cc implant on the left and performed
bilateral mastopexies. She healed very well and
is very pleased with her result.

Breast Reduction
This is a 39yr old patient that presented to my
office with large breasts and desires to be
smaller. She currently is a DD cup size and would
prefer to be somewhere around a full C cup.
Current breast volume on both breasts is around
650 grams. At the time of surgery I removed 300
grams of breast tissue from the right and a
little over 400 grams of breast tissue from the
left.
