install the boards. Make sure that you provide
extra portions before laying the skirt boards on

3. NAIL
There are two ways by which you may nail the
skirting boards to the wall studs. First, simply
use an air nailer. Second, you may use hammers
and finished nails in the process.

4. TRIM
Again, you need to mitre the four corners of the
board at 45 degrees. Trim the edges and corners
until such time you get the perfect fit for your
skirting boards.
