they employ. Mr. Alvernaz has accumulated years
of experience in business investment, and says

standards and ethics are the best way to achieve
this trust says Mr. Alvernaz, and he goes on to
say that he chooses who to invest in based almost
primarily on how well they uphold these standards
and ethics.

Grant Alvernaz is more than just a professional
investor and real estate broker and agent, he is
also a lover of culture and art. Mr. Alvernaz
more specifically, has an affinity for music, and
says that he can't think of a better afternoon
than listening to music in the comfort of his own
home, perhaps under the shade of an oak tree,
watching the clouds drift by. Mr. Alvernaz says
that finding something to unwind with is of the
utmost importance for any profession, especially
one as demanding as the real estate field.

Grant Alvernaz - A Mind For Business
It was apparent at an early age that Grant
Alvernaz had an affinity for finances, business,
and mathematics. Always performing well in
school, and even taking his own extracurricular
interest in economics as a child, Mr. Alvernaz's
father noticed his sons talents quickly, and
suggested that he pursue an education to help
compliment that ability. With his father's
guidance, Mr. Alvernaz would do just that,
graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in
Agricultural Business from the California
Polytechnic State University.
