  • We all know that Beta cells of Pancreas form
    insulin. Poor diet (malnutrition) and behavioral
    patterns affect this activity. As a result, the
    formation of insulin is obstructed. This causes
    diabetes. Diabetes is genetic. It occurs either
    from mother-side or from father-side. If one
    leads very leisurely, sophisticated life, it
    leads to diabetes.

  • Due to mental pressure in work, and overwhelming
    sensations like anger, enjoyment, weariness,
    jealousy, malice, greediness one may fall prey to
    diabetes. According to the research studies,
    smoking, chewing tobacco, alcoholism are the
    prime causes for diabetes eating without
    appetite, untimely meals, may also cause diabetes.

  • In Naturo therapy, Clay bandage should be applied
    on abdomen for half an hour. After this, give 3
    minutes hot and 2 minutes cold fomentations for 5
    times to the parts of liver and pancreas. Massage
    should be given to the parts of Pancreas, liver
    and after that enema should be done. Kati snana
    (waist bath) should be done for three minutes
    with hot water and two minutes with cold for
    three times. pada snan (foot bath) with hot
    water, covering with wet blanket, sun bath, and
    thermolium should be applied turn wise. Massage
    should be given two times in a week in sun light.
    Take mehan snan (penis bath) before going to
    bed for 10 minutes in the morning and evening.

  • In Colour ray therapy fomentation should be given
    to the parts of Pancreas and liver with red glass
    rays. Sunrays should be allowed to pass through
    the red glass. Take yellow or orange bottle, fill
    with water and keep them to be heated in the
    sunrays for every three hours. Give a half glass
    of water which is charged in the above method.
    Charged gas of orange bottle in the sunrays
    should be breathed in. Cloth bandage should be
    wet in water which is charged in yellow or
    orange bottle in the sunrays, apply on Pancreas
    and liver.

  • Kernel of rose apple, bitter gourd, vine of
    gulancha tinospora, rose apple, leaves of
    Catharanthus roseus (sadabahar) and holy basil
    should be dried in sun rays and then powdered.
    The powder should be filled in green and orange
    bottles in equal quantities and allow them to
    absorb sunrays. After every meal, 5 grams of
    powder should be taken mixing with the charged
    water of orange bottle.

  • Yoga treatment Surya Namaskar, Janusirshasan,
    Arth Matsyendrasan, vajrasan, Dhanurasan,
    Paschimottanasan, chakkichalan asan, chakrasan,
    Salabhasan, Bhujangasan, Nowkasan,
    Taramatsyendrasan, Sarvangasan, Hal asan,
    Karnapid asan, Mayur asan, Bhastrika,
    Anulom-vilom, dirgha swasan and surya bhedi
    pranayam. All these exercise poses should be done
    in the presence of a yoga expert. One should go
    for a stroll in the morning and evening with bare
    foot on the green grass. A stroll of 5 kilo
    metres, or sports activity like horse riding,
    badminton, tennis, football, kabadi like games
