Centralized software that acquires, stores,
manages and serves the static and dynamic data
generated in the township along with analytic
rule-based engine that provides heuristics to
initiate sensing and actuation across the various
utility systems on the property and initiates
notifications to various users of the system.

The Communication Network
Communication Network
This is constituted by Fibre Optic or RS485 or
CAT5 cable network or Wi-Fi network that carries
the data between the various Utility Systems and
the Central Software engine, and as needed also
connect disparate, distributed sub-systems of any
system together A majority of the data sent to
the centralized software engine will use the
standard TCP/IP protocol, although individual
subsystems may use mix of other protocols within
themselves
