About Hartley

• As corporate counsel, Mr. Bernstein has
  represented both private and public companies in
  connection with various corporate issues,
  including governance and acquisitions.
• Mr. Bernstein received his undergraduate degree
  (BA) from Columbia University in 1973 and his
  Juris Doctor degree from New York University
  School of Law in 1976.
• Mr. Bernstein is also a member of the Board of
  Trustees of Yorkville Common Pantry and the Board
  of Directors of Kids In Shape Inc. He previously
  served as a Trustee of Temple Israel of the City
  of New York.
• Mr. Bernstein has been a featured speaker before

  Bernstein is admitted to practice in the State of
  New York and is a member of the bar of the United
  States Courts for the Southern and Eastern
  Districts of New York and the Court of Appeals
