Cooking is one of Roman Bylos hobbies, which he
enjoys in his free time. Roman Bylo has taken
several cooking classes over the past few years,
including classes on French cuisine, Asian
dishes, and classic Italian cooking. Roman Bylo
particularly enjoys cooking French dishes, and
enjoys hosting dinner parties for his friends and
family in his home. Roman Bylos specialty is his
bouillabaisse dish, which earned him a title
prize in his town fairs cooking contest.

Dog Lover
When it comes to animals, Roman Bylo is a true
dog person. Roman Bylo loves all kinds of dogs,
and has been a dog owner since childhood. Roman
Bylo is particularly fond of herding dogs,
especially German Shepherds and border collies.
He currently owns two German Shepherds, and
previously owned an English sheepdog. Roman Bylo
enjoys spending time with his dogs by going on
walks, playing fetch, and participating in a
local annual dog show.

Former Masters Swimmer

• Roman Bylo is an experienced swimmer who
  formerly swam on a Masters level competitive
  team. Roman Bylo swam with his towns Masters
  team for several years, and competed in
  multi-town meets with his team. Roman Bylo was
  the starter for his relay team, and also swam the
  100 meter butterfly event and the 200 meter
  individual medley event. Although he has stepped
  down from competitive swimming, Roman Bylo still
  enjoys swimming at the recreational level.
