16Overall Goals
- We want to help educate students about healthy
lifestyles and obtaining their goals - We want to introduce this program to educators
locally, because the program has been a success
through-out the nation
The students loved the idea of doing something
with the NCAA and involving basketball. They
thought they were doing a game activity instead
of some stuff out of the book. The students could
relate to the information involving basketball
and loved the hands-on opportunity. - Chad
Evan, Napoleon Public School, Napoleon, North
Dakota
17General Questions
- Can I change the lesson plans a little if I want
to incorporate it a different way? - Does this cost the school, or myself any money?
- Is it time consuming?
- What if I commit to the program, but do not
finish? - Who do I contact if I have any questions?
