Procedures with Teachers
MATH LABS. . .AUGGHH!! We at HHJ have seen
a pattern. The only HHJ students
who fail math are the students who fail to come
to labs and/or extra help times.

Our math teachers are committed to help the
students who come to the lab EVERY week, do their
homework, and take advantage of extra help times
if they need it. I
passed MATH!
Special Note to students coming in during the
school year You are expected to start math lab
attendance right away and be polite and attentive
to the teacher. YOU need to put the effort in if
you are behind. Frustrations and outbursts are
not tolerated during class time and you will be
referred to the office immediately.
31
While on campus. . .
  • Remember to show your ID card to our office staff
    every time youre on campus.
  • You may NOT leave campus between labs or
appointments. Once you are here, you stay on
campus you may not come and go during the day
unless you get a off campus pass during
    registration.
  • If you have a long day (math labs, etc.) bring
snacks and drinks and maybe books to do homework
during down time. There is no food service on
    campus at this time.
  • Helen Hunt Jackson students need to wait to be
    picked up by the office/cafeteria.
  • No students can wait out on the street to be
    picked up.

32
