2The design of the distribution and ordering
processes has required significant collaboration
- The membership of the distribution working team
includes representatives from NIP and AIM - NIP team members represent the Program Operations
Branch, Program Support Branch, Immunization
Services Division, the Office of the Director and
the Procurement and Grants Office - AIM team members represent Alaska, California,
Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, New York, New
York City, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia - The team has held weekly conference calls since
early October attendance and participation has
been exceptionally high - The team met its goal of drafting business rules
recommendations in time to post the Request For
Information (RFI) in mid-December

and were presented to AIM in January
