• 5. End/ Conclusion

Characters

• Characters are the people or animals in a story,
  play, book, or movie.

Setting

• The setting is the background, where a story
  takes place.
• Here are two examples
• Outside in the woods on a sunny day
• Outside in the woods with a mist

Beginning

• This is the beginning of a story or the
  introduction to the story. Usually, the
  beginning sets the setting and describes the
  characters.
• Once upon a time
• There once lived 3 boys and a woman in a house.

Middle

• This is the most exciting part of the story.
  Another word for the middle of the story is the
  climax because it is the turning point when
  things start getting better.

End

• The end or conclusion is how the story finishes.
  Do the characters live happily ever after or die?
