• AB 2226 CMA recently voted to support
  legislation to require NPs to be masters
  prepared hold national certification in
  specialty. Effective 1/1/08
• AB 2560 Deletes Essentially Healthy language
  in the furnishing code, removing furnishing
  restrictions
• AB 2660 Removal of MD name on prescription pad
  and label
