Early Transfusions

• Infrequent
• Slow decline in Hb

Medical Treatment

• Prednisolone (1 month)
• - wild, violent
• - weight gain
• - increased frequency of transfusions
• Cyclo-sporin (1 year)
• - hair growth
• - lethargic/lifeless
• - increased frequency of transfusions
