GOALS

• To improve the environment of the children who
  were impacted by the flood.
• Complete 2-3 Community Services Projects in our
  County.

• Youth team member initiated meeting with Social
  Services Staff and shared idea for project.
• Brainstorm session to expand on idea.
• Identify schools to approach for project based on
  need and flood damage that occurred in their
  districts.
• Created list of possible resources needed to
  complete the project.

• Youth team member contacted the schools
  identified to share project and indentify their
  needs.
• Youth and staff conducted outreach to area high
  schools to find additional youth to participate
  in projects.

• Met at the school on the day of the project
• Assessed area and what needed to be done
• Cleaned black top area to prepare for painting
  game areas
• Picked up trash on play field
• Painted game areas and hoop bases
• Identified additional cleaning equipment to
  involved all members of the team in the project.
• Boistfort serves K-8. Total 90 students.
• HAD FUN!!

  presentation was made.
• 430 students were served after the project was
  completed.
