Let them know! - Create the road map for their successindividualiz
ed based on vision/culture. Constantly review
and provide status report along the way. - Have systems to qualify your leadership.
- Create a partnership relationship with your
front line. - Be a responsive listener. Listen and act upon.
- Know who you are and where you are going. Take
the next step!

- Have strong beliefs- not based on public opinion
but built from within. History proves you will
come through if you draws on the strength of your
beliefs. - Be an optimist- People who lead with hope and
dreams are magnetic. To be a leader in any field
always think positively even in a crisis. - Have courage- courage is not an absence of fear
but rather a management of fear no greater
reward then to overcome a fear. - Relentlessly Prepare- if prepared for all
possibilities you will be ready for anything not
good luck or intuition with prevails. - Develop TEAM- develop a team with greater
strengths than YOU as the leader. Know your
weaknesses and areas of knowledge that need
strengthening and find the balance. - Communicate- learn the first 5 and talk to your
people!
