Widely adopted lifelong learning may be one of
the most effective method to rise older workers
employment rate.

Conclusions

• there is a big unused potential hidden among
  older workers and this potential should not be
  left without attention under the conditions of
  economic growth slowdown and population ageing
• lifelong learning is one of the most effective
  methods to rise older workers employment
