SQL Server technology - Implementation of the Class Deviations and
Large Risk Rate Filing - Transmittal Form will be database driven rather
than manual entry. - Administration Module for DOC
- Automated approval and administration of rate
filings - Automatic notification to Carrier on disposition
change. - Carrier no longer required to email submission.

Minnesota Workers Compensation Filings - Public
- Provides the public with an interface to search
and download PDF versions of filings - RFA and SERFF filings will be available
- RFA administration module
- Public features
- DOC can directly upload SERFF files to the
public site. - Real-time indexing and availability of SERFF
filings. - DOC has release control of the RFA filings via
Public View feature As with the SERFF
filings, this would allow for immediate
publishing to the public site.
