Making offline items for recording attendance

Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of this
box and click Save, even if you havent entered
any scores if you dont do this, the item wont
be saved in your gradebook.

Entering scores for offline items

• The most efficient way to do this is NOT via
  Gradebook, but rather via HW Test Manager.
• If you enter scores via Gradebook, you have to
  move to each student one screen at a time.

Back in HW Test Manager / Other
Select Change Scores, then click Go

Enter scores in this box, then hit Save.

Next Staff information customization

• Log in via your instructor login and click on the
  course youre creating.
• In Control Panel, select Staff Information.

In the Add menu bar, select Profile

Fill in information and upload a picture, then
hit Submit. (If you need a digital photo, just
let us know and we can email you the one from
your workshop bio, or take a new one. Also let us
know if you need help resizing your photo to fit
the 150 x 150 size requirement.)

Reminders

• This room will be open and staffed again from
  630 830 tonight (as well as tomorrow Thursday
  nights) if you want to come back and explore any
  of these customization options further.
• There will also be three additional small-group
  Course Customization sessions with your assigned
  staff liaison over the two final days of the
  workshop.
