This digital image will be used in a presentation
to the School Board on the Freshman Transition
Program. The slide show is set to
music. The image illustrates words in the song
as well as a student activity. The picture was
taken with a Sony Digital Mavica. This digital
camera uses a 3.5 floppy. The jpeg file was
inserted into this presentation using the
PowerPoint software.

Everybody gets to dance
This digital image will be used in a presentation
to the School Board on the Freshman Transition
Program. The slide show is set to
music. One line from the song is Everybody gets
to dance. The image shows a student involved in
a drama production. The picture was taken with a
Sony Digital Mavica. This digital camera uses a
3.5 floppy. The jpeg file was inserted into
this presentation using the PowerPoint software.
4Using a scanner, create and save two images.
These scanned images will be pictures used in the
presentation to the School Board. They also
illustrate words in the music as well as showing
students involve in class activities. The
original photos were obtained from the yearbook
staff. They were scanned in an Argus AGFA II
scanner utilizing AGFA Fotolook 3.03 software.
The computer used was a Macintosh G4. The images
were saved as jpegs in Photoshop 5.0.2 onto a
floppy. The floppy was inserted into my PC at
home and inserted into this presentation using
PowerPoint.
5This graphic was created in Photoshop Elements
and was saved in both PSD and GIF. The gif
format was inserted into PowerPoint.
My second presentation need was a map of the
neighborhood where Scout lives in the novel To
Kill a Mockingbird.
