2ONE VISION
- We are committed to making a real difference to
financial services in South Africa and other
emerging markets. - We will ensure long-term sustainability by
harmonising the needs of our customers, our
people, our shareholders and by being relevant to
the societies in which we operate - We will only succeed if we are able to attract,
retain, develop and deploy teams of people with
energy, passion and skills.
3CONTEXT WITHIN WHICH WE OPERATE
- Skills scarcity, especially within our chosen
markets. - Relatively high burden of disease in emerging
markets. - Scourge of HIV RSA is the epicentre .
- Economic impact downstream of losing skills.
- Direct and indirect costs of re-sourcing for the
organisation
