Interview
STEP 1
  • The first step in becoming a branch manager for
    Collegiate Entrepreneurs is filling out an online
    or paper application, after doing this you will
    be evaluated and, if you qualify, invited to be
    interviewed by the President of the company.

  • Either in our home office or a convenient place
    at your school

Expectations Meeting
STEP 2
  • Once a student has been selected for our program,
    the first step will be for them to meet with
    their Executive. This person is someone who has
    done the branch manager program before, and will
    assist the manager in their new venture. They
    will stay in touch on a weekly basis to be sure
    things are running smoothly, and the executive
    will be there for any problems that may arise.
  • The expectations meeting is for the manager and
    the executive to meet and discuss the various
    stages of the business and get a feeling for what
    they can expect of each other over the course of
    the year. Goals will be established based on the
    managers feedback, and will help to create the
    outline of the summer.

  • Using goals set out in the Expectations Meeting,
    create a business plan stating how and when these
    goals will be achieved.

    is the day to day operation of the company. The
    key to creating as much value here as possible is
    by hiring a motivated and responsible crew.

  • Do not allow friendships to take precedence
